Submission Requirements

- Official High School Transcript
- All College Transcripts (if dual-enrolled)
- Completed FAFSA application with school code: 002265
- Educator Reference (if cumulative GPA lower than 2.0)
*As part of the application process, we ask applicants to complete a Christian Life Assessment, which includes questions about your faith, church experience and pastor/spiritual mentors. Be sure to gather contact information for your pastor or spiritual mentor before starting your application.
